Established in 1990, Matz Enterprises has lovingly restored and renovated historic properties in the vibrant and charming neighborhoods of Charles Village, Remington, Old Goucher, and Bolton Hill for both home-ownership and for rent. Activities have included the purchase, architectural design, general contracting, restoration, renovation, leasing, maintenance and management of our rowhome properties.
